Also, because we work differently to other estate agents in the area, we don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest we don’t ever want to have more than 10 properties on the market at any time. You will be able to call me / us at anytime you need to, and we will look after your sale from the first moment, meaning we will show viewers your home personally, negotiate all offers on your behalf, guide you through the solicitor’s process and handle everything else until we hand over the keys to your buyer.
